Full Dentures

At The Denture Clinic we are excited to offer digital dentures. This revolutionary workflow cuts out traditional material/Analog faults such as material shrinkage and residual, unpolymerized monomer a dangerous chemical found in conventionally made dentures. We also utilize digital scans instead of the old technique of messy and gagging tradition impressions. Once we have scanned and designed your dentures to your liking we 3D print a replica for you to take home and ensure it is exactly what you want prior to finishing.

We offer two types of full dentures;

3D Printed

3D printing is a process in which thin layers are stacked on top of each other to create the denture base and teeth. The teeth and denture base are bonded together. We utilize the Asiga printer for all our printed denture products then seal them with a Nanoceramic coating and cured for a long lasting shine and protectant against stains and buildup. Our printed dentures allow us to utilize our digital technology in our economy product.

Ivoclar Milled Denture

We only use the Ivoclar PM7 mill for our dentures, this is the premium removable denture system. Our milled dentures utilize the finest multilayer PMMA for the teeth and strongest denture PMMA for the base. The two stage milling process ensures the highest level of accuracy. These are then sealed with a Nanoceramic coating and cured for a long lasting shine and protectant against stains and buildup.
